Our Story
True Light Media was built by Glenn Melnichenko and Melissa Hernandez out of a shared commitment to meaningful work, strong values, and a long-term vision for serving others well.
Based in Collegedale, they are actively involved in their local church community and currently attend Southern Adventist University. Their background has shaped a disciplined, service-oriented approach to both life and business—one that emphasizes integrity, consistency, and people-first thinking.
Glenn brings a foundation in leadership, communication, client-focused service, and real estate media strategy. His experience working around the real estate industry provides a practical understanding of how to present properties professionally, work effectively with clients, and deliver high-quality visual content in a competitive market.
Melissa complements that vision with a strong creative eye and attention to detail. She plays a key role in shaping the visual direction of projects while ensuring every client interaction is thoughtful, professional, and well-executed.
Together, they operate as a team—balancing structure and creativity, efficiency and care. True Light Media was built intentionally, with a clear standard for how work should be done and how people should be treated.
